This Legislative Decree has been enacted in implementation of Directive 2002/70/EC, which establishes rules and criteria to be followed in the sampling, sample preparation and in the methods of analyses used for the official control of the levels of dioxins and furans as well as for the determination of the levels of dioxin-like PCBs in animal feedingstuffs.
