Abstract
The aim of this Legislative Decree is, pursuant to Directive 2001/81/EC, to protect the environment and human health against the adverse effects arising out of acidification, soil europhication and ground-level ozone. To this end, Annex I sets out national emission ceilings to be complied with by 2010.
