Abstract
By way of implementation of the provisions laid down under Directive 2003/50/EC, this Legislative Decree establishes health conditions applicable to trade in ovines and caprines intended for slaughtering or for breeding and fattening. The veterinary services shall be in charge of verifying compliance with the requirements hereby prescribed. Penalties are set out in article 19.
