Abstract
This Decree hereby sets the procedures and powers for local government as regards the necessary variations and updates to be made in the List of hunting species of the Trentino-Alto Adige Region.
Principal aims of this Decree are to set the overall state of animal-wildlife conservation in accordance with the procedures and modalities used in the European Union Law for assessing the status of conservation of the species protected by the Habitat Directive.
