Abstract
This Decree sets the necessary offences and penalties (disciplinary sanctions) as regards the infringement of the provisions (on the Italian and European Union territory) stipulated by the Regulation (EU) no. 649/2012 of the European Council and Parliament on the export and import of dangerous chemicals (also fully in accordance with other relevant legislation, as listed in this text.
