Legislative Decree No. 32 implementing Directive 2007/2/EC, establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE)

The Legislative Decree implementing Directive 2007/2/EC aims at developing a National Infrastructure for the purposes of environmental monitoring and spatial information to allow participation of the Italian government to the INSPIRE initiative with the purposes of setting up Community environmental policies and policies or activities which may have an impact on the environment. To achieve this objective the Decree, considering regional and local contexts, establishes general rules for data exchange, sharing, access and use.
