Abstract
Pursuant to Directive 2003/61/EC, this Legislative Decree makes provision on the tests and trials to be performed on plant seed, cereal seed, material for the vegetative propagation of the vine, vegetable propagating and planting material, propagating material of ornamental plants, beet seed, seed potatoes and seed of oil and fibre plants.
