Abstract
In compliance with the provisions contained in Directive 94/22/EC, this Legislative Decree regulates the prospection, exploration, cultivation and storage of hydrocarbons within the national territory, territorial sea and continental shelf. Chapter II of Title I regulates with detail the procedures concerning the granting of the permit and concession required as well as the duration, scope and suspension of the permits. Chapter III of Title I lays down particular rules regarding the requirements to be fulfilled to obtain the permit or concession.
