Ministerial Circular No. 161 giving instructions for the implementation of Act No. 1002 of 31 July 1956 on breadmaking.

The present Circular specifies the following aspects for the purpose of assuring the proper implementation of Act No. 1002 of 1956: (a) issuance and transfer of licences; (b) opening of new plants for breadmaking; (c) sale of bread outside the province for which the licence has been issued; (d) transformation and transfer of existing plants; (e) temporary duration of the licence; (f) submission of the form for the renewal of the licence by the Chamber of Commerce.
