Abstract
The present Circular stresses the importance of implementing the Community legislation in matter of plant protection, through the enhancement of the equipment to be employed, the adequate professional training of the personnel and the performance of inspections by the competent authorities. Section 3 gives instructions for the proper management of the register of phytosanitary inspectors.
