Abstract
This Decree here prescribes the measures and rules aimed to guarantee the implementation and respect of the provisions defined by the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 404/2011 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1224/2009 establishing a Community control system, for ensuring compliance with the rules of the Common Fisheries Policy, as regards the Italian Republic.
This Decree and its implemented provisions are related to the traceability and registration obligations, obligations of operators responsible for the purchase, sale, storage and/or transport of consignments of fishery products.
The rules here prescribed will apply starting 1 January 2012.
