Ministerial Decree 15 September 2020 concerning urgent measures in the field of health, support for work and the economy, as well as social policies related to the epidemiological emergency from COVID-19.

The Ministerial Decree implementing Art. 222, paragraph 2, of the Decree Law 19 May 2020, No. 34, to favour the relaunch of production and employment of agricultural supply chains, of fisheries and aquaculture, for companies belonging to agritourism chains, beekeeping, breweries, cereals, floriculture, viticulture, livestock breeding, horse farming recognizes to employers an extraordinary exemption from the payment of social security contributions and welfare payments due for the period from 1 January 2020 to 30 June 2020. Modalities and procedures for request and refunds are set. Annex I lists the production activities.
