Abstract
Chapter 1 defines modalities, terms and procedures for business suspension, pursuant to Art. 11, subparagraph 5 and 13, of the Legislative Decree No. 4/2012. Chapter 2 concerns prior notification of landing of species below the minimum reference size. Chapter 3 provides rules for the transit on Fishery Restricted Areas.
