Ministerial Decree 22 May 2020 on further provisions relating to the extension of terms and derogations from the agricultural sector legislation following the urgent measures adopted for the containment and management of the epidemiological emergency from COVID-19.

The Decree considering the impact that COVID-19 epidemiological evolution had on agricultural production in order to guarantee the performance of administrative activities and support business activities derogates to ordinary discipline and provisions and extends terms for permits in the following sectors: viticulture (Art.1 and 2), fruit and vegetables and olive growing (Art. 3) and apiculture (Art. 4) sector.
