Abstract
The Decree establishes, as prescribed by Art. 222 paragraph 3 DL 34/2020 as modified by L77/2020, a Special Fund for specific supply chains in crisis. The beneficiaries are: 1) businesses working in the livestock farming sector of sheep goats, calves, pigs and rabbits, born, reared and slaughtered in Italy; 2) cooperatives slaughtering and/or transforming veal or pork meat, of animals born, reared and slaughtered in Italy, which activate forms of private storage; processing companies of buffalo milk that have purchased, frozen and used buffalo milk production according to the Departmental Decree of Ministry of 19 March 2020, n. 899. In any case, are excluded companies that that were already in crisis on 31 December 2019.
The Decree establishes: a) the criteria for granting individual aid to beneficiaries and the amount; b) aid application process c) the verification criteria and the procedures for ensuring compliance the maximum aid limits.
