Abstract
The Ministerial Decree defines the emergency measures for the prevention, control and contrast of the harmful organism Halyomorpha halys Stål, also known as the Asian Bug (Brown Marmorated Stink Bug - BMSB). The Decree outlines investigation measures, emergency management tools and mechanisms that might be adopted, guidelines for the phytosanitary producers, information and communication systems.
