Ministerial Decree 29 April 2020 on regional registers of forestry companies.

The Decree establishes the required national minimum criteria for registration into the regional lists or registers of companies that perform works or provide forestry services as per Art. 10, paragraph 8, letter a), of D.Lgs. 34/2018 (e.g. companies operating in the forestry and environmental sector, in the management, defence, protection of the territory and in the hydraulic-forestry sector, as well as in the first transformation and marketing sector of wood products such as trunks, twigs and buds, if carried out together with forestry practices.
