Ministerial Decree of 7 January 1980 concerning modalities for the registration in the register of fishermen and regulating sport and underwater fishing.

The Decree is divided into 3 articles. Article 2 lists out the devices allowed for sport fishing. The quota of allowable catch cannot exceed 5 kg. per day and is not allowed to catch more than one specimen of stone bass per day. Underwater fishing is allowed only without the use of breathing apparatus (art. 3). Coral and mollusc fishing with breathing apparatus is allowed only to commercial fishermen. Underwater fishing is permitted only in the daytime.
