Abstract
This Decree prescribes and determines the necessary criteria and the correct method according to which the losses of the aqueducts and sewers. It indicates the guide for carrying out the surveys and the organization of the relative monitoring system (water services observatory).
This text applies to all aqueduct plants, facilities and sites. It also applies to sewers, understood as wastewater disposal plants deriving from the use of water that was distributed by aqueducts, with the exception of white sewers; it also applies to all black sewers, even if fed by water resources of which the user is supplied independently.
Related annual reports are determined in article 3.
The Annex is also part of this publication (list of criteria and technical indications).
