With a view to implementing the provisions laid down in Directive 2002/2/EC, this Ministerial Decree lays down particular amendments to Annexes I, III and IV to Act No. 281 of 1963, which are concerned with definitions, compulsory denominations and information to be provided and voluntary information respectively.
