Ministerial Decree amending Ministerial Decree of 12 March 1990 on the implementation of Act of 28 August 1989, No. 302, concerning fishing credit.

The Decree concerns the granting of loans in favour of enterprises engaged in fishing activities, aquaculture and other activities related thereto. It sets out the criteria for the granting of said loans and the procedure to be followed by the applicant. The procedure established by the Decree shall be effective from 1st January 1997.
