Ministerial Decree amending Ministerial Decree of 31 December 1992 on technical regulations for the production of certified propagating material of "Prunoideae" and relevant root stocks.

The present Decree applies to apricot, cherry, almond, peach and plum trees. It regulates the functions and duties of the national centre for the conservation of propagating material and of the National Institute for research and development in the field of plant diseases. The Decree establishes also the techniques to be employed for the multiplication of the propagation material and the relevant inspections and checks to be performed by the regions and autonomous provinces of the National Service for the voluntary certification of propagating material.
