Ministerial Decree concerning bivalve mollusc fishing.

With a view to ensure the rational exploitation of marine living resources, the Decree establishes the number of fishing vessels authorized to fish in the districts listed in article 1. Such limit will not be modified until 31 December 2000. The Decree establishes the procedure for obtaining the authorization to fish and the payment of an allowance of 250.000.000 It.
