Ministerial Decree on derogations from quality characteristics of water destined to human consumption that may be laid down by the Sicilia Region.

The Sicilia Region is hereby entitled to make provision by way of derogation from the quality standards of water destined to human consumption as established by Presidential Decree No. 236 of 24 May 1988. Article 1 sets out the maximum allowable value for fluorine.
