Abstract
The present Decree establishes the conditions to be satisfied by the material from which the grades of basic and certified seed potatoes shall derive. The conditions regard (a) the mother tuber, when methods of micropropagation are used; (b) the initial plants and tubers, in case of clonal selection; and (c) the crops.
