The financing of projects in the fisheries sector shall be granted in the following cases: (a) termination of fishing vessels; (b) temporary establishment of fishing joint-ventures; (c) construction of motor trawlers; (d) modernization of motor trawlers; (e) promotion and development of aquaculture; (f) improvement of infrastructures and port facilities; (g) construction and modernization of establishments for the processing and trade of fisheries products.
