Ministerial Decree establishing maximum limits for pesticides residues in and on vegetable products (Directive No. 96/32/EC), in cereals and products of animal origin (Directive No. 96/33/EC), and prohibiting certain uses of sanitary products.

The Decree establishes maximum limits for phytosanitary products in: (a) vegetable products; (b) cereals; and (c) products of animal origin. It makes provisions for the use of said products and for the checks to be carried out in order to verify the compliance with the provisions of the Decree.
