The Decree establishes maximum limits for pesticides residues on (a) products of vegetable origin, (b) cereals, (c) vegetables products, and (d) products of animal origin listed in Annex I of Ministerial Decree of 9 August 1995. The Decree does not apply to the above-mentioned products that are not destined to food production or that are destined to third countries.
