Ministerial Decree establishing the methodologies for the analysis of faecal coliforms, PSP (Paralytic Shellfish Poison) biotoxins, DSP (Diarrhetic Shellfish Poison) toxins, mercury and lead in bivalve molluscs.

The Decree consists of only one article and one Annex concerning the description of the methods for the analysis of faecal coliforms, PSP (Paralytic Shellfish Poison) biotoxins, DSP (Diarrhetic Shellfish Poison) toxins, mercury and lead in bivalve molluscs. The description includes, inter alia, the execution procedure, the interpretation of the results, the taking of samples, the standardization of the biological method, the reactives and the equipment to be used.
