Ministerial Decree establishing modalities for the submission of the notice concerning the keeping of specimens belonging to the species "Testudo hermanni", "Testudo greca", and "Testudo marginata".

For the purpose of implementing the principles established by the Convention on the International Trade of Endangered Species of Wild Flora and Fauna (CITES), the Decree makes provisions for the submission of the notice regarding the keeping of specimen/s of Testudo hermanni , Testudo graeca , and Testudo marginata . The Annex contains the form to be filled in by the owner of said specimen/s.
