Ministerial Decree establishing new criteria for the classification of wheat varieties for the granting of additional production aid by the Community.

The Decree establishes criteria on the basis of which the varieties registered in the national and/or Community list should be deemed to be eligible to the aid. It establishes a Permanent Secretariat under the National Technical and Scientific Commission for the selection of varieties to be admitted to the aid, and for the purpose of assisting the Commission for a more efficient implementation of its duties.
