Ministerial Decree on the identification and classification of freshwater of Sicilia and Campania Regions to be protected or improved for the conservation of fishery resources.

Annexes 1 and 2 to this Decree concern the identification and classification of freshwater of Sicily and Campania Regions that need to be protected or improved for the conservation of fishery resources. Within 30 days of the publication of the present Decree the Regions concerned are obligated to assess periodically the quality of said waters and fulfil the other obligations as per Legislative Decree No. 130 of 1992.
