Abstract
The Decree makes minor amendments to article 3 of Ministerial Decree of 14 April 1997, by deleting from paragraph 1, letter c) the words "for ornamental purposes". Article 19 is amended by substituting for the words "180 days" the words "31st of January 1998". Further amendments concern Annexes V and VI, regarding the requisites and the procedure to be followed for the recognition of suppliers.
