Abstract
This Ministerial Decree aims at the implementation of Legislative Decree No. 151 of 19 May 2000 implementing Directive 98/56/EC on the marketing of propagating materials of ornamental plants. The above-mentioned propagating materials must not contain the harmful organisms and pests listed in Annex I. Article 5 provides for the content of the lists of varieties to be drawn by suppliers. Holders of laboratories may conduct analysis for the control of propagating materials of ornamental plants only when granted the recognition referred to in article 8. Article 9 concerns labels and documents to be issued by suppliers.
