Abstract
Pursuant to Directive 2002/64/EC, this Decree amends Legislative Decree No. 194 of 1995 so as to include the active substances cinidon-ethyl, cyhalofop butyl, famoxadone, florasulam, metalaxyl-M and picolinafen in Annex I to that Legislative Decree.
