Abstract
Pursuant to Directive 2003/68/EC, trifloxystrobin, carfentrazone-ethyl, mesotrione, fenamidone and isoxaflutole shall be included as active substances in Annex I to Legislative Decree No. 194 of 17 March 1995, until 30 September 2013, according to the chemical definitions and the conditions specified in the Annex attached to this Decree.
