Ministerial Decree introducing some exceptions to the quality characteristics of water for human consumption.

The Decree establishes a temporary exception to the maximum tolerable limit of fluorine contained in potable water. Nonetheless, said limit must not exceed the value established in article 2. The duration of the derogation shall not be longer than six months from the entry into force of the present Decree. The enforcement of the provisions of the Decree must be in compliance with Presidential Decree of 24 May 1988, No. 236.
