Ministerial Decree on local coast-wise fishing for the year 1997.

Coast-wise fishing may be exercised for a period of time from the entry into force of the present Decree until 31 December 1997 within 12 miles from the coast-line. The fishing vessels may be engaged in coast-wise fishing only if in compliance with the provisions of Ministerial Decree of 22 June 1982.
