Ministerial Decree No. 106 regulating the production and trade of salt.

The Decree applies to the production, trade and import of salt, destined both to direct human consumption and to food preparation and preservation. It establishes quality standards and regulates the sale, labelling of salt as well as the conditions for the import from non-member countries.
