Ministerial Decree No. 351 implementing Council Directive No. 85/322/EEC of 12 June 1985 making provisions in matter of classical swine fever and African swine fever.

The Decree concerns in particular restrictions on the exports of fresh meat in case of detection of the disease. The Ministry of Health may decide to apply such restrictions only to a limited area, in consideration of the following: (a) viable quarantine measures; (b) measures to be taken to avoid the spreading of the disease; (c) area of the territory infected.
