Abstract
For the purpose of implementing article 35, paragraph 1 of Act No. 394 of 1991, the Decree defines the legal status, the composition and the modalities for the nomination of the members of the Gran Paradiso Park Authority. Said Authority shall adopt the plan for the general organization of the Park (as per article 10, paragraph 2 of Act No. 394/1991), to be approved by the Ministry of the Environment, upon favourable advice of the Advisory Committee for Protected Nature Areas.
