Ministerial Decree No. 443 on technical provisions in matter of equipment for the treatment of drinking waters in the household.

This Decree applies to the equipment used in the household for the treatment of potable water. It is divided into 7 articles. With a view to safeguard and protect the consumers, the Decree establishes general and specific conditions that the equipment must satisfy in order to be approved. They concern, inter alia, the location of the equipment, the materials employed for its construction, the installation by qualified personnel, etc. Other conditions are established with regard to specific devices used for the treatment of drinking waters.
