Ministerial Decree prohibiting wine-making from table grapes, as per article 36, paragraph 1 of EEC Regulation No. 822 of 1987.

Table grapes may be processed by establishments in possession of an authorization issued by the regions or by the autonomous provinces, according to the procedure described in articles 3 to 5. Further provisions concern the information to be provided in the documentation required and the inspections to be carried out in the establishments.
