Ministerial Decree regulating the import of hares.

The import of live hares for repopulation purposes is subject to the authorization by the Ministry of Health. The Decree establishes the procedure to be followed for the granting of said authorization, the checks to be carried out at the custom check points and the sanitary inspections to be performed by the qualified personnel. Final provisions concern measures to be taken in case the spreading of a contagious disease is detected by the competent authorities. The Decree is followed by an Annex containing a specimen of the sanitary certificate to be issued by the veterinarian.
