Abstract
The Ordinance applies to the cereals listed in Annex 1 and to the products of animal origin listed in Annex 2. The maximum limits for pesticides residues are listed in Annex 3. Official checks for the verification of the compliance with the provisions of the present Ordinance shall be carried out according to the procedure set out by Ministerial Decree of 23 December 1992.
