Presidential Decree No. 131 regulating the implementation of Legislative Decree No. 111 of 27 January 1992 regarding foodstuffs intended for particular nutritional uses.

The Regulation establishes the procedure to be followed for the authorization to the production and importation of foodstuffs intended for particular nutritional uses. Further provisions regard the procedure for the approval of production and packaging establishments. Article 4 concerns the modalities for the submission of labels to the Ministry of Health. The lists of labels authorized by the Ministry and of the names of production and packaging establishments shall be regularly published on the Official Gazette.
