Abstract
This Law, as regards the Trentino-South Tyrol Region, here in particular for its autonomous province of Trento, provides for measures and provisions aimed at promoting the recovery and distribution of surplus food, pharmaceutical products or other movable goods, for the benefit of less well-off people or citizens in serious economic difficulty (all goods that can be recovered and distributed are identified with resolution of the provincial council after consultation with the competent permanent commission of the provincial council).
These rulers are also aimed at: implementing the responsible consumption principle and deriving actions as a means of reducing food and non-food waste; promoting initiatives aimed at guiding and educating citizens towards the purchase of adequate pharmaceutical products under the profile of costs, quality and actual needs healing; promoting initiatives to orient food solidarity interventions; reduction of waste production in general.
Actuators are defined in article 2; concrete intervention instruments are listed in article 3; issues on table for the coordination of reduction policies waste and distribution of surpluses are provided in article 4; contributions to voluntary organizations for the recovery and distribution of surpluses are set out in article 5; meanwhile financial arrangements are provided in article 13.
