Regional Act No. 1 supplementing Regional Act No. 60 of 22 November 2001 setting out the authorization regime for waste water and water discharge.

Regional Act No. 60 of 2001 is hereby supplemented as regards the penalties to be applied in case of violation of the provisions laid down therein. The Provinces shall be in charge of the application of penalties. All sums collected shall be destined to restoration interventions on water bodies.
