Abstract
This Regional Act aims at the conservation of wild fauna and flora existing in the Lombardia Region. It includes specific provisions on the protection of invertebrates (art. 3), amphibians and reptiles (art. 4), monumental trees (art. 12). Article 13 sets out the penalties to be applied in case of infringement.
