Regional Act No. 11 setting up the Basin Authority of Rivers Trigno, Biferno and minors, Saccione and Fortore.

The present Regional Act has been enacted to implement the agreement concluded among the Campania, Abruzzo, Molise and Puglia Regions. The whole agreement is contained in Annex A to the Act. Article 3 of the agreement concerns the membership of the Authority. The Basin Authority shall elaborate plans intended for the conservation, protection and improvement of soil and to guarantee the proper use of water resources. Moreover, research and studies shall be performed by the Authority.
